Zoning Administrator Hearing

Close Pégase "recognize and allow" modification of their use permit is being handled as an Administrative matter. Considering the great concern over use permit violations in the last few years, and the controversial approval of Girard Winery, developed by the same owner across the street, one wonders why this is not at the planning commission. It can still be appealed to the Board, and hopefully will be.
