Current Projects Under Development
I no longer maintain this page given the effort it takes. Most of the projects on this page, as of 2022, have not yet been built, and their workers and residents and tourists have yet to add to the current county gridlock and strain on resources. Nor has there been any slowing down in the number of development proposals coming forward for additional development. Napa County, successful for 50 years in staving off the urbanization that has consumed the rest of the Bay Area, is trying to make up for lost time.
