It was my fleeting hope that Melka would return on April 1, but it seems the joke is on us.
The Plan Dept is pushing hard to get this project approved by the Plan Comm, yet for all the mention of BOS resolution 2010-48, A II. The only close mention is in Staff Findings Item #9, zoning.
The BOS resolution is well ignored, circumvented and not mentioned. Certainly there should be a discussion of the merits, but not today.
I wonder what Diane, Brad and Keith have to save about the handling of their resolution. I assume they will only see this question upon appeal.
