At the end of the paved portion of Soda Canyon Road just adjacent to the extensive Antica Vineyard is another piece of property that has been known until recently as the Astrale e Terra Winery. A use permit was granted in 1988 by the county for a 20,000 gal/yr facility with 1 visitor ! per week anticipated. An ABC license was requested in 1998 and protested by neighbors. The ABC license was approved in Jan of 1999 but the judge hearing the license appeal did not allow tours or tastings or on-premises sales of wine. That 1999 proposed decision is here. A new ABC license has been requested under the Triumph Beverage Company name. It is for a winegrowers license like to that issued to the previous owner.

The property is now owned by Alex Guarachi of Guarachi Family Wines. They have several vineyards in Napa and Sonoma. Two things are immediately evident from the website: 1. They view the Meadowrock vineyard, i.e. the Astral y Terra/Triumph property, as the "future home of Guarachi Family Wines" and 2. his close friend is their consulting winemaker from Paul Hobbs Consulting.
