-Protect our woodlands and watersheds from development.
-Discourage building construction on arable land
-Limit all commercial/industrial growth to, at most, the same 1% growth rate used for housing
-Promote the recognition that continued growth in the municipalities will eventually consume agricultural land.
-Revert commercial/industrial zoning back to agriculture where possible
-Define and encourage a tourism industry economically incidental to our wine industry
-Stop taxpayer-funded promotion of tourism into the valley.
-Promote the sale of Napa wines outside the county
-Promote wine tasting and wine production in the municipalities rather than vineyards
-Discourage conversion of our housing stock to short term rentals.
-Encourage affordable housing solutions that make use of existing housing stock.
-Seek a county wide transport system for workers and visitors other than individual cars.
-Begin now to asses the impacts of the inevitable introduction of hemp agriculture.
